Emerald Lime Punch serves a large holiday crowd.
Ingredients
- 2 packages lime Kool-Aid
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1 can frozen lemon juice
- 1 quart ginger ale, chilled
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
Directions
- Mix Kool-Aid, sugar and 2 quarts water in a large container. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice; chill. Add ginger ale just before serving. Place ice cream in a punch bowl. Pour juice mixture over ice cream.
