You cannot get a more elegant or stylish cocktail than with this vodka, St-Germain and sparkling wine mélange.

Pour the lime juice, agave nectar, vodka and St-Germain into a champagne flute and then top the drink with the sparkling wine.
Rub the thyme sprig gently between both palms and then add it to the drink, using it to stir the mixture to combine.
