Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1-1/4 cups eggnog
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Directions

  1. Mix together pumpkin, eggnog, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  2. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
