Eggnog Latte

Coffee and eggnog combine for a fresh take on this traditional drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Shamrock Farms Eggnog
  • 1 tbs rum extract (optional)
  • 1 cup hot coffee

Directions

  1. Heat Shamrock Farms Eggnog in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Put coffee, rum extract (optional) and egg nog in a blender and mix until frothy.
  2. Pour, top with whip cream and cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve warm.
