Classic holiday beverage

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
  2. Add in the sugar, salt, nutmeg and lemon juice, mix in the ice cold milk and cream.
  3. Beat with a mixer until frothy.
