Eggless Cake is filled with pineapple and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

  1. Sift flour and soda together into a bowl. Stir in 1-1/2 cups sugar and pineapple, mixing well. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Sprinkle with pecans.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients with 1/2 cup sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over cake.
