Here's an easy egg drop soup recipe any Chinese restaurant would be proud to serve.
Ingredients
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- Dash white pepper, to taste
- Soy sauce, to taste
Directions
- Bring broth to boil; drizzle egg into broth very slowly, stirring continuously.
- Add remaining ingredients and serve.
