Here's an easy egg drop soup recipe any Chinese restaurant would be proud to serve.


  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives
  • Dash white pepper, to taste
  • Soy sauce, to taste


  1. Bring broth to boil; drizzle egg into broth very slowly, stirring continuously.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
