Vegetable Melange is great for vegetarians and picky eaters.
Ingredients
- 4 medium celery stalks
- 3 medium carrots
- 2 medium zucchini
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound Chinese pea pods
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Directions
- Cut celery, carrots and zucchini into matchstick-thin strips.
- In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook celery and carrots about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add zucchini, pea pods, salt, Worcestershire and cayenne. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
