An easy, cheesy squash side dish.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds small yellow squash, cut into small pieces
- 1-1/2 pounds zucchini, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Add the vegetables to a greased slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the butter over and top with the breadcrumbs and cheese. Cook covered for 5-6 hours on low.
