Save time by baking Roasted New Potatoes, uncovered, next to your pork, lamb or beef roast.
- 2 pounds new potatoes, pared
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover with 1 teaspoon salt for 10 minutes. Drain.
- Melt butter in a 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Add potatoes, turning to coat with butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
- Bake uncovered at 325 degrees F for 40 minutes.
