These delicious muffins use only two ingredients and will quickly become your favorite new recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (18 oz) store bought spice cake mix such as Ducan Hines
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon into muffin cups until 2/3 full. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
