A quick and simple creamy hash brown soup.
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen hash-brown potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups milk
- Add the potatoes, onion and 2 cups of water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and heat through.
