- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups shredded, uncooked potatoes
- Combine everything but the potatoes in a bowl and mix well.
- Then add potatoes.
- Ladle onto hot griddle forming 4-inch pancakes
- Turn only once and serve warm. Repeat until batter is gone.
