Serve Pork Ribs and Kraut with buttered mashed potatoes.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork ribs
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cans sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cook ribs in 3 cups water in large saucepan for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes longer.
