Peanut butter cookies with biscuit mix.
Ingredients
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine the milk and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Stir int he biscuit mix and vanilla. Form into 1-inch balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Press with a fork.
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes.
