An easy beef and vegetable minestrone soup.
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans minestrone soup
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (15 ounce) cans mixed vegetables, undrained
- 1 (10 ounce) can Ro-TelⓇ tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vegetable juice
- Brown the beef and drain. Combine with the remaining ingredients in a large pan. Simmer until hot.
