Easy French Onion Soup will warm up frosty guests and family members.
Ingredients
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 4 cups water
- 6 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- dash of pepper
- french bread slices
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a large saucepan, cook onions in margarine until golden. Add bouillon, water, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Simmer, cover for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Pour into individual serving bowls. Top each bowl with a slice of bread and sprinkle with cheese.
