Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

This is a easy recipe to throw in the crock pot and let it do the cooking.


  • 6 pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp. corn starch mixed
  • 1 tablespoon water


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  3. Add pork chops and sear until browned on both sides.
  4. Place pork chops in crockpot.
  5. Add garlic to pan droppings and sauté until it begins to brown.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, broth, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Blend well.
  7. Bring just to a boil.
  8. Pour sauce over the chops.
  9. Cover and cook on low until pork chops are tender, about 6 to 7 hours.
  10. Mix corn starch and water to make a smooth paste.
  11. Stir in cornstarch and water mixture until well blended.
  12. Cover and cook about 25 minutes longer.
