Whipped cream and nuts make Creamy Cranberry Salad a winner.
- 1 pound package fresh cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- Grind cranberries; add sugar and drained pineapple. Whip cream until stiff and add cream and nuts to mixture. Put in a 9 inch cake pan and let set in refrigerator until firm.
