This Easy Crabmeat Casserole can be made ahead and frozen after baking.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crabmeat, back fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 bottle capers
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1 heaping tablespoon mayonaise
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients together, except for bread crumbs, and pour into a greased casserole.
  2. Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
