This Easy Crabmeat Casserole can be made ahead and frozen after baking.
Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat, back fine
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 bottle capers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1 heaping tablespoon mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Mix ingredients together, except for bread crumbs, and pour into a greased casserole.
- Melt butter and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
