Simple blue crab and tarragon casserole.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lump blue crab meat, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tarragon
Directions
- Thaw the crab meat. Drain. Arrange in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Mix together the margarine and vinegar and pour over the crab.
- Sprinkle the tarragon on top and toss. Broil for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
