Simple blue crab and tarragon casserole.


  • 1 pound lump blue crab meat, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tarragon


  1. Thaw the crab meat. Drain. Arrange in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  2. Mix together the margarine and vinegar and pour over the crab.
  3. Sprinkle the tarragon on top and toss. Broil for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
