Quick corn relish recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (12 ounce) can Mexican style whole kernal corn, undrained
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon instant minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- Combine the cornstarch and water in a sauce pan. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Heat over medium, stirring constantly, until it thickens and boils. Chill.
