Garnish Easy Coconut Pie with fresh raspberry and shredded coconut.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- fresh raspberries and extra coconut for garnishing
Directions
- Grease and flour a glass pie plate. Mix milk, eggs, flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, coconut extract and salt in a blender for 3 minutes. Pour mixture into prepared pie plate and bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes or until set. Cool pie on wire rack.
