Chocolate Peanut Clusters are made with salty cocktail peanuts.
- 1, 8 ounce package semi sweet chocolate squares for baking
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1 cup raisins
- In small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth and melted. Slowly stir in sweetened condensed milk stirring until well blended. Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanuts and raisins. Using a tablespoon, drop by spoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
