Quick chocolate frosting in the blender. Enough for 2 8-inch round cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend everything together on high until smooth.
