Easy Chocolate Cake

When you are just craving  chocolate, this moist chocolate cake will hit the spot.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cups butter
  • 1-2/3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add chocolate and blend.
  3. Add flour and milk; beat until smooth and then add eggs. Mix well.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
