A quick and simple beef chili dinner.
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 (16 ounce) cans chili-hot beans with liquid
- 1 (1 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- Brown the beef and onion together in a large pan. Mix in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring every so often, for 2 hours.
