Chicken Oriental is made easy using soup and canned white meat chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1, 8 ounce can pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cans chunk white chicken
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, cut in squares
- 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- cooked rice
Directions
- In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine soup, pineapple and soy. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir gently now and then. Serve with rice and additional soy sauce.
