Saucy, slow cooker chicken fajita dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, diagonally sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, julienned
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 8-10 warm flour tortillas
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Lettuce
- Diced tomatoes
Directions
- Add the chicken to a greased slow cooker. Sprinkle the onions and bell pepper over top. Mix together the cumin, chili powder, lime juice and broth in a bowl and pour into the slow cooker. Cook covered for 5-7 hours on low.
- Serve with the remaining ingredients.
