Simple, low fat, cheesy fish fillet dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated fat-free flavored cheese product
Directions
- Arrange the fish in a baking dish. Cover with the mayonnaise and sprinkle the cheese on top. Arrange the onions on top. Cover and bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for 4-6 additional minutes, or until browned.
