Whip up Easy Cake Frosting when you need something sweet and to add the finishing touch. Add 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to make chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

2 cups confectioner's sugar
1 egg white
1/2 cup Crisco
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons milk
add 1/2 cup cocoa powder to make chocolate

Directions

Beat egg white and 1 cup of confectioner's sugar for 1 minute. Stop mixer. Combine all ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
