Easy Browned Potatoes uses canned white potatoes for when you're in a hurry to feed a hungry crowd.


  • 2, 16 ounce cans whole white potatoes, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in bread crumbs, salt and sugar. Add potatoes and cook shaking pan to coat potatoes evenly with crumb mixture. Cook 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden and heated through.
