A creamy slow cooker broccoli and rice side dish.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) cream of onion soup
- 1 cup instant rice
- 1 (8 ounce) package cubed Velveeta cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 2-3 hours on high.
