1 can of warm beer helps to make Beer Bread light and tender.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 can warm beer
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl. Add beer, stirring until just mixed. Pour into greased loaf pan. Drizzle butter over batter. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
