Simple to make slow cooked beef and vegetable soup.
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 (16 ounce) pacakge frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
