A quick and simple cheesecake dessert.
- 2 (8 ounce) packaged cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 (9 ounce) graham cracker piecrust
- Pie filling, any flavor, for topping
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into the crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool, and serve topped with the pie filling.
