Passion fruit puree blended with fresh mint and white rum makes an intensely-flavored summer drink.
- 2 lime wedges
- 10 leaves fresh mint
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces White Rum
- 3/4 ounce passion fruit puree
- Splash of soda
- Place the lime wedges, fresh mint, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker, muddle to combine and then fill the shaker with ice.
- Add the rum and purée to the shaker and then stir to chill for 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a highball glass and then top with the soda. Serve immediately.
