Earl Grey tea infuses its refreshing and slightly citrus-like flavor into the gin giving this cocktail a complex and enjoyable taste.


  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce Dubonnet
  • 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
  • Earl Grey tea bag
  • cherry to garnish


  1. Place the teabag into the gin and let steep for 4 minutes.
  2. Remove the teabag, discard and then pour the infused gin into a teacup filled with ice. Add the maraschino liqueur and bitters to the cup and stir to combine. Garnish the cocktail with the cherry and serve.
