Earl Grey tea infuses its refreshing and slightly citrus-like flavor into the gin giving this cocktail a complex and enjoyable taste.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce Dubonnet
- 1/2 ounce Maraschino liqueur
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud’s bitters
- Earl Grey tea bag
- cherry to garnish
Directions
- Place the teabag into the gin and let steep for 4 minutes.
- Remove the teabag, discard and then pour the infused gin into a teacup filled with ice. Add the maraschino liqueur and bitters to the cup and stir to combine. Garnish the cocktail with the cherry and serve.
