Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of milk
Directions
- Beat all the ingredients together. Pour into circles onto a hot, greased griddle. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
