This bold, multi-flavored cocktail is made with Batavia Arrack, fresh lime juice, crème de cacao and fennel seeds. Serve as is or in a cacao powder-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces Batavia Arrack
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce crème de cacao
- 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
- 2 bar-spoons fennel seeds
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then fine strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
