This bold, multi-flavored cocktail is made with Batavia Arrack, fresh lime juice, crème de cacao and fennel seeds. Serve as is or in a cacao powder-rimmed cocktail glass. 


  • 1-1/2 ounces Batavia Arrack
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce crème de cacao
  • 1/2 ounce sugar syrup
  • 2 bar-spoons fennel seeds


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then fine strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
