You can either garnish this dry Rob Roy cocktail, prepared with a blend of scotch, Angostura bitters and dry vermouth, with a lemon zest twist or a stuffed green olive.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces scotch
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- lemon zest twist or a stuffed green olive to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Slowly stir the mixture for 30 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with either the lemon twist or the olive, and then serve immediately.
