Adding a few dashes of orange bitters to this dry gin martini gives it another layer of flavor and additional enjoyment. 


  • 1-1/2 ounces dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • lemon twist to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnish, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture for 35 seconds to chill and then strain into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with the lemon twist and serve immediately.
