Once raspberry season begins, grab a pint of fresh berries from your local farmers’ market and make this delicious blend. Use it as a dessert topping or incorporate it into your favorite cocktails.

  • 1/2 pint raspberries, rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 ounces créme de framboise
  • 3 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 1-1/2 ounces lemon juice

  1. Put the fresh raspberries into a jar and add the sugar. Tightly cap the jar and roll on a countertop so the berries get coated with the sugar.
  2. Open the jar and add the créme de framboise, vermouth and lemon juice. Close the jar once again and roll to combine. Let the mixture infuse overnight in the refrigerator and then enjoy.
