  • 1 large package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6-ounce package dried fruits and raisins, cut up


  1. Mix the honey and cheese together until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 cup of the dried fruit. Wrap tightly, chill until firm.
  3. Split in half and shape into 2 balls. Roll with the remaining dried fruit. Wrap tightly.
