Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- 1 large package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (4 ounces) grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6-ounce package dried fruits and raisins, cut up
- Mix the honey and cheese together until smooth.
- Stir in 1 cup of the dried fruit. Wrap tightly, chill until firm.
- Split in half and shape into 2 balls. Roll with the remaining dried fruit. Wrap tightly.
