Dried Beef Log has a touch of horseradish for extra flavor.  Spread on crackers for a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 small jars dried beef
  • 1, 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon grated horseradish
  • chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Place dried beef in blender container. Process until finely chopped. Combine beef with remaining ingredients, except parsley, in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into a 6 by 12 inch log. Roll in chopped parsley.
