Directions

1. Mix together the whipping cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Cook until it has reached the soft-ball stage or 234 degrees Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer.
2. Beat until the mixture has cooled and then mix in the pecans. Spread into a greased 9-inch pan.
