A beautiful white pecan candy.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) cartons whipping cream
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Mix together the whipping cream, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan. Cook until it has reached the soft-ball stage or 234 degrees Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer.
- Beat until the mixture has cooled and then mix in the pecans. Spread into a greased 9-inch pan.
