Ingredients
- Botton Crust
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed.
- Toppings
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cut coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup nuts
Directions
- Botton Crust
- Mix butter, flour and brown sugar together in bowl.
- Flatten into bottm of ungreased oblong cake pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Topping
- Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder and salt.
- Stir in coconut and nuts.
- Pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars.
