Carpano Antica is Italian sweet vermouth with rich, complex and layered flavors that include mint, herbs, plums and figs.

Ingredients

1-1/2 ounces Rum
1/2 ounce St. Germain
1/2 ounce Aperol
1/2 Carpano Antica
2 Dash Mole Bitters

Directions

Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
