Serve Double Dill Sauce with your favorite salmon dish.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dill weed
Directions
- Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually, stir until smooth. Bring to boil over medium flame, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and dill weed.
