This rum-based cocktail was created by Don Lee, hence the name, and uses quite a substantial amount of bitters in the blend.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce Rum
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce Fernet
- 1/2 ounce Angostura bitters
- 1/4 ounce Angostura Orange bitters
- 1/4 ounce Peychaud's bitters
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then double strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
